  • all participants must wear appropriate sports clothing and footwear
  • participants are advised to bring a bottle of water
  • participation is at your own risk

Mindfulness exercises (focused awareness) with professional guidance from a psychologist

Start: 10:00
Duration: 3:30 – 4:00 hours
Leader: Nataša Jelenić Herega

Recommended equipment:
A mat for sitting outdoors, sneakers, and a backpack with a snack and drinks.

The number of participants is limited.
